La nostra azienda si trova, in una posizione esclusiva , GSSP ( Global  stratotype section and point) di Massignano, immersa nella riserva integrale del parco del Conero ad una altitudine di 300 m sul livello del mare lungo il sentiero per Pian  Grande. Le spiagge di Sirolo , Numana e Portonovo sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti di auto. o bus.Ancona , Loreto, Osimo , Recanati e l’ ingresso A14 Ancona sud distano circa  15 minuti di auto .Fermata autolinee Conero Bus , Reni, 100 m.L'azienda dista a 10 minuti di auto dal CONERO GOLF CLUB.Avrete la possibilità di raggiungere ogni giorno una spiaggia diversa e al tempo stesso di fruire delle bellezze paesaggistiche delle Marche, una regione in verde e blu  . Esursioni in mountain-bike o a cavallo.La posizione offre un panorama unico ed eccezionale da molti definito un balcone sulle Marche.  A disposizione degli ospiti camere da letto con  wc autonomi, cucina , posto auto , aia.Ingresso libero.Servizio di prima colazione a richiesta. I cani , i gatti e tutti gli animali domestici  sono graditi ospiti non paganti.
